Two points you mention, Sum, that should be elaborated;

This is a totally inside /out situation. I have seen past history, where someone holds a small position right in the middle of a big find, and can hold up the developer because of it. In CLF's case they are planning to develop a small holding right in the center of NOT's land position. There have to be ramnifiations there.
"Some might say, what of Boasteel?".
If there is a takeout coming, we should hope it is not Baosteel. If this someone else starts a bidding war, Baosteel always has the right of first refusal to fall back on, and that can only line our pockets a bit more.
