$5 is very unlikely, more like $1.30-$1.70, and most will be unhappy. I won't jump for joy, but it really is the ultimate in exit strategy for those of us who have trouble figuring when to sell.

But, it's also possilbe that this is all a false alarm, if memory serves, there have been two or three occurences like this over the last three or so years, where we were all pretty sure something was up, and nothing was. Usually, we thought that something was drilling news rather than a take over, but we were fooled all the same.

Another financing - don't think so, stock went up too much for that. Perhaps a partnership?

The volume was fairly compelling, but we are talking about a 70 cent stock.
