(Disclaimer: Should there be a real ABCtoZ Corp., be it known that this is a hypothetical comment meant only for discussion purposes.)

Date 2011 October 29, late afternoon Hong Kong time.
(Hong Kong) ABCtoZ Mining Corporation wishes to tender a take over offer to all shareholders of Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront") (NOT:TSX-V) for all outstanding shares at $2.10 per share. Should 50 percent plus one be tendered Noront would become a subsidiary of ABCtoZ with present management remaining in place.

This is an all cash offer, but can be exchanged in whole or in part for shares of ABCtoZ after acceptance of offer. This offer is at triple of recent trading price for Noront and about quadrupple of the average of past month. This represents an extra ordinary premium for a mining venture and the shareholders of Noront should realize the full benefits of the offer and benefits from being part of a global corporation.

This is an announcement only while the actual offer is being made to the management of Noront Resources and subject to customary regulations. Circular to be released after a favourable reply from Board of Directors of Noront Resources.

Do not be surprised if you see the equivalent of above in our future.

My highest price for a Noront share was $2.82 in 2009. My average for long hold is $1.97 while with short hold included that average drops to about $1.50. Yes, my average does influence my thinking and speculations but not much on my expectations.
Cheers.
