the only negotiating i can see not doing would be on how much $$ if any they will contribute for infastructure. That road and or rr is the only concerne not has with the others and for not it seems is a lets wait and see what they do . the other talk if any would be on JV and would be all not no govt. ....The negotiating going has to be mostly cliffs kwg and prov, govt.....ken
