I don't know if this is meant to be a comparison to NOT in some way. The only real similarity is in it's share price depreciation in the last 18 months or so.

Objections to the planned shipment of raw material to Louisiana is likely based on the probability of it ever happening. To ship raw ore by rail that distance is maybe feasible,and maybe even economically feasible, but first, by my recollection, they have to truck it almost a thousand miles to a railhead.

Combine that with the fact that they do not yet have an economic working way of extracting the rare earths once they have the material there, and you have a good example of why there is not too much effort put into objections at this point.

Anyone thinking of laying some money on a rare earth play should instead look at T.ORT. They should be placing rare earth products into the marketplace as early as the spring of 2013, and be a full blown producer in 2014. All in Canada.
