you're right there is no reason... but it probably will. I hope for everyone's sake I am wrong.

A company can release great news and nothing happens to the stock price, especially at this stage of the company's history and in the current investment environment.

What's my motive? I want to buy NOT, but I don't want to sit on dead money for a long period of time. I have my price in mind and, by the way, it's actually higher than the current price unless for some mysterious reason the SP drops below 22 then I will buy it at a lower price.

Like it or not, this price range is significant and has the potential to stay there for a while (and possibly drift lower).... so I will wait.
