It will be the kind of system and timeline that works for FNs and companies. No community will be left out so I suspect a circle route with some rail and some road. Maybe the rail does not have to go all the way to start with. There are miles of good land before the lowlands that would be quick and easy to do with roads off to some communities and just private mine road for into the mine. Cliffs thinks a road is doable the whole distance so a shorter distance would favour them. Who says the connecting to rail has to be where it is now.
