Message: Consolidation
Been wonderring whether we are going to see NOT merger/acquisition of KWG to completely tie up the rest of the ROF chromite play. There doesn't seem to be any way for KWG to move along on their own (my analysis only) and the KWG shateholders would benefit from NOT share appreciation associated with a merger and later growth. NOT benefits in simplification of negotiations in the ROF, potential route alignment, mine planning and a host of other benefits.

Putting aside how little NOT shareholders want to pay for KWG or how much KWG shareholders may want, what is the likelihood that this is happening in the background?
