Been There............Maybe NOT needs to digest recent acquisitions that included all of

CLF's properties plus 14% of KWG's shares including Debut Diamond.

If one of the big players comes in and does the consolidation of KWG & Noront i would

most definitely welcome that with open arms.For Not to do it at this stage might give it

indigestion.
