Looks like a potential win for Feds - re-inforce good relations with China and lessen their $$ requirement to this infrastrucrure project, create jobs and improve economy by the myriad of jobs that will be spun from this vast mining project throughout On and Canada.....win for Wynne - promote good relation with FNs by committing to transportation roads built from their communities to the RR and increase economy to pay down debt.....win for KWG et al....get the chromite mined and develop sound economic relations ships with FNs for royalty pay'ts and create mining juobs for their communities for many many years. Frankly a no brainer imo.
