Auminer, one reason may possibly be that KWG's Black Horse deposit has very high grades of chromite and while NOT & KWG's Big Daddy also has excellent grades, you have the issue of the 70 30 % split (in NOT's favour) which would seem to require the two entities to co-operate and there does not seem to be to much of that, at least in my observation. As the two main players, and only active ones at present in the ROF, you would think they would present a united front to the world in developing the ROF. rj
