When I read this "propoganda" from Dr. Mark Kuhlberg..I had the following thought, he and the rest of the 48 advisors or whatever they are ....should perhaps read the link below explaining the "job description."

If this description is not understandable, perhaps Dr. Mark can get a job as a basher at Stockhouse.

Let's first see what the role of this Liberal set up...tax payer service is for? What is the role of the Northern Ontario Policy Institute that we TAXPAYERS pay for??

Ontario is launching the Northern Policy Institute to boost the northern economy and help provide a stronger voice to Northern Ontario.

The institute, an independent, not-for-profit organization, will monitor the implementation of the Growth Plan for Northern Ontario and make provincial policy recommendations for the region. It will work with northern municipalities, post-secondary institutions, research groups, Aboriginal organizations, francophone groups and industry to set priorities and directions for northern development.

The Northern Policy Institute is proceeding under the direction of two advisors -- Dr. Brian Stevenson, president of Lakehead University, and Dominic Giroux, president of Laurentian University. They will provide guidance to the institute, which will be based out of their respective universities in Thunder Bay and Sudbury.

Investing in Northern Ontario's communities is part of the McGuinty government's plan to strengthen the economy. A strong northern economy creates local jobs and protects the services that mean the most to families -- health care and education.

Anybody seeing an effort of any "boosting" in Dr. Mark's article??....any recommendations of any positive stuff in this article??

What is also glaring is equating the ROF with CHROMITE.....as if there was nothing else found there.

Where is the mention of the lucrative Eagles nest?????Where is the mention of mining the nickel copper pgm?

Mr. Mark writes as if Northern Ontario has NEVER seen a single mine before.

If he was hired to boost the Northern Economy as per the Liberal set up of this ...divison....perhaps a reminder of the actual job would be in order.
