Thanks Babjak1 for helping me understand this article. When I first read it I decided no to post it as it seemed 'weird' to me. The forestry connection to the ROF seemed like a big stretch. After some more thought I thought I should post it as I knew discussion on this board would sort it out. We must examine all evidence.

As usual you have cut thru the BS and made sense of what seems nonsensical.
