Sorry i didn't get back sooner,

The govn't works in mysterious ways. Anyway , ass kissing and bull-shiting are not an

academic degree either, however, very usefull and a pre-requesite working for the

government.

I have earned a PHd in both these 2 core competences over my many years of experience

working in governement and the private sector. Watch out for this guy he could be trouble,

big trouble.
