Given the new metrics to determine value of the company, how can the report be completed until such factors are themselves executed? He stated that the 100nm dies not include the time required to verify through a third party. This could add up to a full quarter of time before the results are announced. He also said that because of NDAs, PTK can not disclose such information before they are verified. Re: Pelegrino. He did not directly address the question. He talked about Pelegrino basing their numbers in the total semiconductor market and certain estimations will need to be made for other aspects based on probabilities.
