LP was never the CEO and keeping deadweight (if he is indeed deadweight) around isn't worth him just not liquidating his shares.

Rob clarified this on the board for me and everyone else that he likely won't be leaving and therefore doesn't have to exercise his options within a set timeframe. I'm not sure if stepping down from the BOD means he will lose the title of President as well and if so who will be the new President? Ajit?
