Hey Tera, I would absolutely love for that to be the case but we just don't have enough time. With less than two weeks to the AGM I just don't see a game changing annoucment to occur propeling the stock above $4. We can certainly hope though!

That being said, Poet will need to make a decision on the matter and the RS should go through.

I would certainly agree that the SP will make some very nice aggressive upward movement in the near future. If the Nasdaq listing is not a major concern, Poet could just wait for the deals to come and worry about the listing at a latter time (say the new year). But reasonably, I believe they want the listing and a reduced float.
