IMHO,

It's not combining GaAs with Si... It's combining Si with GaAs.

Our VCSEL "chips" can be applied to Si... Just like Stephane always said that we could make better connections on the back-end of Si servers.. Or GaAs Optical Switches in Telecom Optical Transmitters... Mainly helping with Fiber Optics transmitions.
