I'd say the person they are building the real world prototype for. Many of us have heard of Google Fibre, wouldn't surprise me if Finisar (Like Rob connected "Performance of light at the cost of copper") was the customer. Google Fibre is looking to differenciate from the rest of the ISP's - Could be a hole-in-one!
