I think FJ is correct in assuming that UMC would supply their own wafers, but we don't know of another wafer sources enabled yet..

The wafers used to qualify WaveTek seem to have been from EpiWorks(?).

"POET reported that it is encouraged by the promising initial results of its wafers sourced from its epitaxial wafer partners processed in the Wavetek facility using POET’s proprietary technology"

But then again there's that "s" in partners...

Maybe it's for a 3rd party, and II-VI would stand alone in it's production on POET enabled devices?
