Management will not admit, but clearly they made two mistakes: It seems they announced that they will give a nice discount to the closing SP, and they did not lock the new shares, even not for 10 days. One pro trader realized this and took this nice present. Thanks god only one... The legal problem I can see: this PO was not public! Roadshows behind closed doors and info we - the public - were not aware of. Retailers from Europe and the US were excluded... So POET, I hope you learned a lesson. I did :-(
