Looking at the market place and thinking, there might be some consilation to the fact that they have this financing done now ( and I think they mentioned it as a reason). It may not be easy to get financing in the very near future. With all that's going on and the U.S election near with incoming government going who the hell knows where. For that part the future may prove it to be not so bad a deal as we think right now. As always time will reveil all.
