I still think there was a lot more to the anadigic's/epiworks/II-VI deal, I think that caused a lot of problems that were not talked about as well as many hold ups in the wafer supply, with II-VI being competition I think PTK's wafer orders May have been delayed intentionally or PTK got scared and pulled out.
