I spoke to the CIC management at the time, the organiser explained that the contractor had placed the film on You Tube without a privacy restriction. He was very concerned that this was done and in future would change procedures RO prevent such slip ups. He said he needed to seek PTI permission before it was published. CIC then withdrew it for a period but too late because it was already out there. and the company gave theOK in the end since it was already pupilc.

I would not put the notion of sculdugary on this. It was just as I said, inadvertent. I think you must reconsider just who is being naive here Shesorry!
