This decline in price is, I believe, mainly due to people who post/read this board and is based on BCD's recent post regarding the time element.  If I'm correct, it's an opportunity to lower one's average price.  If I'm wrong, well then _____ me.  But remember, just cuz you have an opportunity does not mean that you'll be a winner - I think people forget that sometimes.
