Just received my notice in the mail. As a debenture holder I can use my PUT Right but obviously there would be no interest in that move. But the deal is done.

Here is the quote: "DL Shanghai delivered a final payment of cash consideration and an amended form of preferred supply agreement with terms more favourable to the company than initially negotiated, which the company has determined to accept in final satisfaction of the total purchase price for DenseLight."
