So there we have it.  The $2 lower level NASDAQ listing isn't relevant and we need to be at a min of $4 and probably more like $10, as others have suggested, to get big institutions to invest.  Although they don't mention what value it's is they require.  

It would be nice to see a 2/1 RS, but that would likely need an SP of $4-$5.  Which makes me think 5/1 is perhaps more likely.  I suppose it depends how quickly they want to get to the promised land!!
