I think we simply need to trust management to do what is appropriate in order for them to realize on new investor opportunities which hopefully will include large institutions as outlined in the IC. Understand that whether it's 2:1 or 5:1 or 10:1, there is no dilution as a result of the RS. The recent financing gave rise to dilution and any issuance of new shares resulting from the exercise of warrants, options or even another financing will cause dilution but not a RS.

And now that I've mentioned another financing, get prepared for it to happen once mass production ramps up. No idea of specific timing but everyone here has visions of huge numbers. I hope you are right but understand that this level of economic activity cannot be financed with $10-$12 million.
