Bud, Lot fewer shares back at the time of the Empire Event - I think that was 2012 or 2013, and the Event pushed us to $2.87 Canadian. 

Turr, the only way to get big value out of a buyout while we are at this ridiculously low market cap is via a bidding war. Otherwise, 2x then current price is about what we could expect. 

We need to sustain or build on this price for longer than the great run we had in the second half of April.
