We all knew what he meant.  No need to try to educate about infer/imply  grammatically. "Please don't be life the internet illiterates on that pollute social media" - yet you ask the same questions regarding lease / sale  negotiation speed/time that Peter already was kind enough to answer to death.  

Your post irritated the heck out of me and I'm taking a wild guess that it will do likewise to many - including Pete. 

Peter - keep up the amazing work.  For what's it worth, I didn't realize how fast you were working until really reflecting tonight what Pyrogenesis has accomplished till now.  Many of us appreciate your amazing  efforts towards  "building an empire". Warp speed ahead :)
