Congrats on the $1Bn market cap.

Quick question: regarding the inclusion of PYR in the ARK PRNT ETF, did Peter hear from the underlying index creator Solactive (or even ARK themselves), prior to being added to the ARK PRNT ETF?

Curious if they did any due diligence through direct contact with Peter, or was the inclusion in the fund out of the blue and a complete surprise?
