FYI (I have seen this misunderstanding before) the prospectus of PRNT clearly states that it was created by an ARK subsidiary. Solactive provides index calulation and publishing services besides creating indexes too.

"The Index has been created and licensed to the Fund by ARK’s Index Products Group and is calculated, published and distributed by Solactive AG (“Solactive”)."
