I'd like to know more about PYRs acquisition of this company. It designs and manufactures air pollution control systems but it's office is a suite in an office building in down town Montreal that also has another corporation with two of the same directors operating out if it, as of June 2021. https://opengovca.com/corporation/13095142

Do they do 100 percent of the manufacturing onsite at the customer's location then or do they have another location with a manufacturing facility. There seems to be another branch in Florida that seems more substantial. Is PYR acquiring this branch also or only the Montreal location that shares it's office with another corporation and doesn't answer its phone or list any employee by name on its website or voice mail system at all or have any history of news releases other than PYRs intent to aquire them which they feature on the homepage and as the only news item ever posted.
