NB also said they wouldn't ban it. The only place the a "ban" or fracing only along side study is Quebec. Binnion said it right when he thought that they would understand in Quebec after the tons of evidence given with regards to other provinces. Quebec will get there, but they have their own way of understanding it. Every other province is continuing and making huge money and stimulating their economies...lots of jobs, local business doing well. No cases yet of people's water being messed up or anything. But hey, it is what it is ahhaa :).

ps BC needs a firm $6 gas price to make fracing profitable, they have no pipelines up there and very far from markets, and it's a gas that needs to be refined. Oh Quebec, how can't you see what you have!:)
