chicagoest - No there were no issue when the patients stopped taking apabetalone that I know of. If you do go back and look at the post hock analysis or presentations using that info, to me it looks like the incidence rate goes up at a much faster rate than while the patients were being dosed. BDAZ gave some good commentary when I first brought this up some time ago but I can not remember what was actually said. I am not a Dr or scientist so my comments are strictly from observation of the charts in the presentations. These charts I am referring to are on a number of poster presentations where they show the RRR from past trials.
