For G1945V re: Top-line Data. See this post from earlier this week.
"Here's an example of "top-line data" from the SUSTAIN trial and ASSURE trial. Top-line simply indicates whether or not the trial achieved its primary endpoint(s) with statistical significance and is typically released in advance of the full trial results. Often in cardiovascular outcomes trials, the full trial results will be presented at a major cardio meeting and published simultaneously in a major peer-reviewed journal such as NEJM."
With respect to BETonMACE, I would expect top-line to be with respect to their primary outcome measure:
"Time to first occurrence of adjudication-confirmed narrowly defined MACE [ Time Frame: 120 weeks ]; Narrowly defined MACE(major adverse cardiac event) is defined as a single composite endpoint of CV death or non-fatal MI or stroke"
But they may have some other pre-specified comparisons that they may be able to include in top-line reporting.
