hey tada. I'm not sure why anyone cares about the RRR, at least up front. As has been pointed out numerous times the key stat is time to first 3 point MACE event.
And, as I understand it the target group is a unique, large, and growing sub population with CVD, DM and low HDL.
My hope therefore is a very significant statistical differenece between the test and control groups in the time to the first event of a 3 point CVE. The RRR and other stats can and will be reported later as discussed many times.
My hope is that RVX just does not "blow the communications" as they did with ASSURE when we saw many 5 point positive MACE events and post hoc researches that provided deep understanding of the MOA of this molecule. I believe, and I am not a scientist, that this science could be profound. We'll see. I hope it is more profound in a broader sense but if BRD4 specificity is the key to this set of target focused specifications that seems to be significant in terms of health from my perspective.
At the end of the day this is about the health and lives of people.
