Right on fuzzy but keep in mind that RVX is not a business. It's a club and the current elite members are not ready to throw their buddies in front of the bus. 

But the central issue is glowingly obvious as you and tada pointed out.

My hope is that ORI Capital over time may provide a strong push to the CEO as the bus nears.

Time will tell.
