Al,

A reverse split never seems to do the share price any good and has already dropped it from .11 to .06 in the past 10 days with just the news of the possibility! It is always viewed as a measure used by companies which are in difficulties, which Spider is definitely not and in reality they have much upside potential. I have no idea what management was thinking and they have done a poor job of explaining their strategy if they want our approval. IMHO
