One thing that I have been pondering: the decision to put Resolution #12 to a vote at the upcoming annual general meeting AND the recent news from Noront i.e. change of corporate responsibilities and the addition of a new Director.

What connects the two? Neil Novak.

Why the possible RS? When Noront's cooking!

As you have noted, Spider Resources has a great set of claims, proven drill results, and great JVs. Surely Novak and Nemis have discussed some sort of "arrangement" within the context of Nemis' 12-18 month strategy.

To me a reverse split within this larger context just doesn't compute.

Any thoughts?
