Sum.. You may be right in your assumption.. If NOT, SPQ, and others are working as a cohesive unit then this should be put out for shareholder knowledge.. Because right now many shareholders be lieve that the reverse split has some "sinister" purpose behind it.. and this might come back to bite management in the butt .. Regards R R
