Agreed. I can't quote the exact source but after the Noront proxy fight the hedgies made it very clear they were going after FWR. Mac Watson knew it was going to happen. And it did.

We haven't heard anything so obvious from the hedgies or Cliffs with regards to SPQ. But they're in it for the money, and they'll want it at the cheapest price. And they don't give a c**p about how long we've held our shares.

Everyone needs to be prepared to make some difficult decisions about their future wealth. The "great white shark" is circling. And he neither cares about nor understands the language of "wimpy paniced" SPQ holders. It's the bucks man.
