novak is an explorer but i'm sure he'll want his recognition as a developer of the jbl and that recognition will hopefully come in a 'fair' share price for his land. can't see why he wouldn't want to get a 43-101 out to help everyone along the way. that would be his staff, his shareholders(some of whom have been here forever!!) and himself.
