Spq's future is not in the RING. They will be taken out shortly just to tiddy up the edges whether by Kwg in a share swap or by CLF'S in a share swap either way hang on to SPQ until it is announced and accumulate all you can because the take over will be at current day premium equivalent to or greater then .35c
