And of course, I should have clarified that everything in my previous post is based on sentiment of the various players. Ultimately, it seems more important that the Boards have to be the ones to give their blessing in order for a friendly offer to go through. They might in fact resist any offers under 30 cents and attempt to survive for a longer period, to the next phase in the saga.
