Today is not over, CLF will most definetly try to do everything possible to avoid merging. Will the official offer come later on today, tomorrow or sometime during this coming week? One thing is for sure with SPQ's meeting set up for July 8th CLF is now under a tremendous amount of pressure and will most definetly put much effort in trying to rap up this deal officially before our meeting and our official 43-101 resource. I am sure by now CLF knows that 13 cents will not fly. Lets start the official offer at 23 cents and hopefully go through the bidding process so that we can get our dollar target.
