Hoov I think Cliffs is going to try and calm the water until just before the Meeting and then increase the offer hoping to woo away enough investors to upset the vote.

Just my take on this. They know very well that .13 cents won't do it. Unless someone else shows interest, this is what I see them doing. Almost lays out their schedule, a new offer coming on the 7th or 8th of July from Cliffs.
