After reading the NR, what exactly happens to KWG, it mentions that the Offer is not subject to a financing condition and is not conditional on the completion of Cliffs' proposed takeover bid for KWG Resources Inc. ("KWG") (TSXV: KWG). Does this mean that KWG will remain untouched at the moment? Can someone elaborate?
