I guess we wait for weeks or months before the lawsuit is resolved.

18 months to 2 years is what is expected if this goes to trial. I believe a trial is necessary and the earlier one takes place the better. If not Vivitar, then someone else has to be targeted. For the process to progress efficiently, one of the infringers has to be litigated with a verdict resolved by a jury. I believe Vivitar was targeted because they have infringed on several of our patents and one trial should be sufficent to cover most of the precidents.
