I have to wonder just how lengthy this whole process is being designed to take by DM and EDig.....It makes no sense to me to have the "first" IP infringer "event" have to go to trial in order to have an effect on any future infringers. You are talking "two years" perhaps, just to build a foundation for other infringement actions......Yikes....Holy Mary......Does that mean that out of the remaining 173 identified infringers that it will take a year apiece?....Will DM file against multiple infringers at the same time.????? Twenty or thirty or so, maybe more...????? Some of those will not settle, perhaps none will, resulting in trials which will take multiple years........

I know EDig's patents will have run out by then......Technology being what it is most likely something will be created bigger, better, more powerful with more features than the MOS......Did DM go into this with the idea and or expectation of not creating a "career path" for junior IP attorney's. One that they can retire on 30 years from now?

None of the above seems plausible to me......I will most likely be dead and buried, LL will be in a nursing home for retired barristers, and Trillium will be in Nepal searching for the Dali Lama to finish out "that perfect life".

This whole affair has to done quickly or it will never get done.....EDig cannot hang around for the next ten years getting a few orders here and there for the eVu, even if they land and get one hundred per cent of the orders from American, Southwest and United....There just isn't enough business to create a large growing company and as LL has put it "EDig needs funds to branch out into other areas" whatever they may be.

Can you imagine this board two years from now still anticipating the same events as we do now????

I guess what I am trying to say is those of you who have accepted this being a "long process" should divest now and save yourself some grief. It cannot be or EDig will still be at $.18 and DM "MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT PUT IS REPUTATION AND RESOURCES ON THE LINE, FREE OF CHARGE, WITH THE HOPES OF SEEING RETURNS ON THEIR LABOR STARTING TO FILL THEIR BANKS ACCOUNTS 5 OR MORE YEARS FROM NOW"...
